Guys, this place is awesome! The facility is clean, bright and comfortable – this is good because you could be there for a good chunk of time. The staff is just the best. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and patient. I was late and a little nervous and they put me at ease and made me feel like I mattered. They are very good at making sure they give complete information and answer all questions. The cool part is they have all had the treatment themselves so they can also give personal accounts of what to expect! They really exceeded my expectations and if you are thinking of getting CoolSculpting this is the place to go! I love that CoolSculpting is the only thing they do – so they are the experts! The team of women who own and run Peak Body are knowledgeable, professional and very caring. The medical spa facilities were beautiful, super comfortable and spotlessly clean and sanitized. Melissa and Katie explained what they were going to do step by step and went through the process of marking the target areas on my body, weighing me, and photographing the areas for treatment. Then on to the treatment lounges where the fun of getting the applicators positioned and ready to go started up. The women continued to check on me to make sure I was comfortable, they answered questions, and were totally focused on making sure my Peak Body experience was stellar. I look forward to my next appointment!
